Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina had the best-selling downloads in country music last week, as the singles for both singers topped 100,000. Scotty's I Love You This Big sold 171,000 copies, making it the week's third best-selling single, according to Nielsen SoundScan. That's considerably better than the first-week sales posted by the last two American Idol winners, Lee DeWyze and Kris Allen.
Lauren's 121,000 downloads of Like My Mother Does put her at ninth at SoundScan's Digital Tracks Current chart.
Jennifer Lopez' On the Floor featuring rapper Pitbull passed the 2 million mark last week, with 119,000 downloads.
