Sorry, LeBron James. Despite calling yourself @KingJames on Twitter, you've been passed by the Wild Thing himself: Charlie Sheen.
As of 4:07 p.m. ET, the actor's @CharlieSheen account boasted 1,599,076 followers, according to TweetDeck. The Miami Heat superstar had 1,509,261. And get this: Sheen only joined Twitter this week in the midst of his scorched earth media tour in which he called himself a "warlock" with "tiger blood" and "Adonis DNA."
James has sent out 1,008 tweets to Sheen's 25. Of course, by the time this post appears, all these numbers will be old. Watching Sheen's followers grow is a surreal experience.
"Face it folks, you just feel better when you say it. #WINNING," Sheen tweeted Thursday.
