Johnny Manziel continues his courtside NBA streak

Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel wore a red hooded sweatshirt with an owl on it last night. Just keeping you informed. Also, he sat courtside to watch the Houston Rockets take on the Los Angeles Clippers.

Manziel Watch, Part XV: Texas A&M's Heisman winner continued his courtside streak while rubbing elbows with other famous folks, such as noted pastor and author Joel Osteen, point guard Chris Paul and current Clipper and former A&M basketball player DeAndre Jordan.

Manziel was in attendance along with his girlfriend, model and A&M student Sarah Savage – last seen (in these parts, at least) attending December's Heisman ceremony as Manziel's guest.

Manziel posed for a picture with Osteen and his son, Jonathan; the latter tweeted out the photo, asking, "How can you not love this dude?"

As you can tell, Manziel and Paul (listed as 6'0 on his team bio) are roughly the same size:

Manziel and Chris Paul after one told a tremendously funny joke, it seems.

Johnny Football also made time to shake hands with Jordan, the Clippers' center.

On a side note, I believe the home team is 1-2 when Manziel sits courtside. The Rockets topped the Philadelphia 76ers 125-103 on Dec. 19. One night later, the Dallas Mavericks lost to the Miami Heat 110-95. The Rockets lost last night's game to the Clippers 117-109 and Blake Griffin made another poster.

Stay tuned for further developments.

In other news, the 2013 college football season begins in 225 days.
