David Archuleta's new album, "No Matter How Far," will be released March 26.

David Archuleta has a new album called No Matter How Far coming out March 26. His new label, eOne, has posted first single Don't Run Away on SoundCloud.

Don't Run Away was co-written by the Season 7 American Idol runner-up and produced by British music producers David Sneddon and James Bauer-Mein (The Nexus).

No Matter How Far, out March 26, will combine newly recorded material with tracks previously unreleased in the USA.

• Kelly Clarkson joins Jewel on her Greatest Hits album for a remake of Jewel's 1997 hit Foolish Games.

• Jennifer Hudson appears on John Fogerty's forthcoming album, Wrote a Song for Everyone. Hudson joined the former Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman for a new version of Proud Mary, recorded with New Orleans keyboard great Allen Toussaint and the Rebirth Brass Band. The album, out March 30, also features collaborations with Foo Fighters, Kid Rock, Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Bob Seger and others.

• Season 11 alum Hollie Cavanagh has started a video diary on YouTube. In her first installment, she gives fans a snippet of a song she recently wrote.
