Lance Armstrong says he's gone through a rough couple of weeks in the wake of being stripped of his Tour de France titles for allegedly doping.

Pat McQuaid, president of the International Cycling Union, delivered the quote of the day Monday morning when he said, "Lance Armstrong has no place in cycling and he deserves to be forgotten in cycling."

Armstrong has been stripped of his seven Tour de France titles, and banned for life from sanctioned Olympic events.
