Kim Kardashian falls off her bike

There she was toodling along, doing her best Audrey Hepburn impersonation when — bam! — Kim Kardashian fell off her bike. She crashed into a wall? Ouch!

OK, wait a minute.

First of all: Kim on a bicycle?

According to photos popping up on JustJared and the Daily Mailand elsewhere, Kimmy was doing it all for the cameras.

Of course.

She was in Miami on Tuesday, surrounding by her crew, wearing all black and tidy bangs, in the Wynwood Art District of Miami. She was filming an energy drink commercial, according to the reports.

Kim, who is just back from Paris where she and Kanye were supposedly scouting sites for their May 24 wedding, apparently had to be pushed along by the crew because she wasn't that adept at riding. The next thing we know Kim's on the ground, sprawled out, wiped out.

And there are photos of Kim clutching her head.

But she got up and dusted herself off, seemingly fine.
