Richie Incognito apologized for “acting like a big baby” and said he was “in good spirits” in what appeared to be his return to Twitter on Monday. The apologetic tweets came after one that appears to have been sent on Sunday apparently firing his agent.
He later added:
On Friday, Incognito retweeted people’s mean tweets towards him, posted the suicide hotline number (an apparent reference to an allegation he made earlier that Jonathan Martin had considered taking his own life), slammed the media and the investigation into the bullying scandal in the Dolphins locker room. He then bid farewell to Twitter and deleted his account for what appears to have been about 48 hours.
