Julian Edelman thinks you should definitely listen to this Martellus Bennett's new EP

Packers tight end Martellus Bennett dropped an EP on Wednesday called “I’m Not A Rapper But Some Of My Friends Are…” Here’s Bennett’s full explanation of his music that he wrote on SoundCloud:

“I am not a rapper but some of my friends are..” is exactly what the title says it it is. It was just me and some of my friends hanging out in the studio making music for fun and this is what came out of it. Pretty cool to have so many talented friends and be able to create with them at a high level. I am on a mission to express my creativity in as many ways as possible in 2017, this is a part of my creative journey. Enjoy.

Bennett’s former Patriots teammate Julian Edelman was quick to support it on his Instagram Story. Edelman was skateboarding around, then stopped and said:

“Damn Marty, I see you. Chris Long knows I should be the hype man, though, c’mon Chris, tell ’em. I know you’re in Philly now, bro, but you know I got the hype man skills, bro. Let’s go.”

Edelman’s message is a little sad in that he’s shouting out two guys he won Super Bowl 51 with but who are no longer on the Patriots, but it shows that the bond created on a championship team is strong.

Anyway, I’m no music expect, but I listened to the five songs Bennett released, and they’re awesome. I say you should listen to Edelman. Marty’s got skills — and talented friends.
