Punchlines: Worst president in history?

It's Presidents Day, and what better way to celebrate than to rank our democratically elected leaders?

So, who takes the top spot for worst president in U.S. history? If you ask many historians, one of the first names that likely will come to mind is James Buchanan. It was under his watch that the South seceded.

But if you ask the late-night comics, our current president is quickly nudging the 15th president out of the way. Bill Maher calls ex-national security adviser Micheal Flynn's discussions with Russia one of the biggest scandals in American history (and describes Russia's response).  John Oliver thinks President Trump is too soft.  And watch Punchlines, above, for Jimmy Fallon's take on what Buchanan would say today.
