Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo joined Instagram on Wednesday. His first-ever post was an adorable video of his sons, Hawkins and Rivers, playing football.
“Well, here’s my first instagram,” Romo wrote on the social media app. “Thanks for all the support this year everyone. I think you’ll enjoy some videos I have stored from my crazy kids. This might be my favorite.”

Romo has to remind Hawkins what to say at the imaginary line of scrimmage (“White 80”) before assuring Rivers that it’s okay to run his route without the ball in his hands.
After tossing the ball in his younger brother’s gut, “Hawk” proudly exclaimed that he made a “really good throw!” Rivers started crying and Romo explained to Hawk to aim for his brother’s chest next time.
