Lorde sends fans in New Zealand on scavenger hunt for her new music

Lorde has been hinting at new music for what feels like forever -- but now, we’re finally getting a taste.

The singer tweeted out a map of her hometown of Auckland, New Zealand, with points showing where fans could catch “little glimpses at what’s coming.”

And she wasn’t kidding when she said little. Fans tweeted out videos of the few second music clips that they found at the mystery locations.

The scavenger hunt also revealed a few clues that the song may be titled Green Light.

The singer also launched a websiteMonday, which shows a sneak peek of what appears to be an upcoming music video.

The new music will come years after the success of her 2013 debut album Pure Heroine, and just months before she is set to perform at Bonnaroo.

So mark your calendars for new music to drop on Thursday!
