Never have a president's words on terror inspired so many concerned citizens around the world to flock to social media ... in utter confusion.

Over the weekend, during what amounted to a campaign speech, President Trump lamented the terror tragedy in Sweden. Turns out, there wasn't one. But the statement prompted plenty of social media backlash, including the meme "Je suis whatever happened in Sweden." As late-night comic Seth Meyers stated, things are so bad in the U.S., we're getting roasted by the Swedes.
