Russell Westbrook scoffs at All-Star snub: 'I play to win championships'

While the world may be wondering why someone who puts up triple doubles almost every night didn’t get a starting nod in the All-Star Game, Russell Westbrook seemed completely unfazed by the matter on Friday.

“I don’t play for All-Star nods or All-Star bids. I play to win championships and compete at a high level. It will work out. Just continue to do what I’m doing and play the game the right way.”

Westbrook, of course, could still make the game when the Reserves are announced next week.
