Jon Stewart rips Trump's 'locker-room talk' label: 'That's a crime'

"Not today."

Jon Stewart won't let Donald Trump get away with his claims that his videotaped comments were "locker-room talk."

Stewart used his set at the 10th annual Stand Up for Heroes benefit Tuesday night for the New York Comedy Festival to catch audiences up on his best political gags, joking about his tweeted beefs with Trump and the gonzo ways he'd like the election to end.

But the former Daily Show host came down hard on the Republican candidate's leaked conversations with Billy Bush. As a former athlete himself, he contrasted locker rooms' standard unsavory conversations with Trump's 'grab her by the (expletive)' comments.

"I played soccer; we do say terrible things to each other, 'I'm gonna (expletive) that girl, whatever.' he explained, "But when people cross a certain line ... It's like, 'Yeah, I'm gonna hold her down and (expletive) her when she doesn't want it.'"

"'Wait a minute. Hold on one second,'" he continued, imagining how a real locker room would react to that statement. '"We're all being disgusting, but I'm pretty sure that's a crime.'"

Stewart joined several other A-listers at the annual charity event, including Bruce Springsteen, Jerry Seinfeld, Louis C.K. and Jim Gaffigan, but he was the only one to focus on politics. In another bit on Trump, which he referred to as "the day I woke up to find out somebody was tweeting weird (expletive) about me," Stewart read bizarre ramblings that the presidential candidate has posted about him on social media.

"If Jon Stewart is so above it all and legit, why did he change his name from Jon Leibowitz, he should be proud of his heritage," Stewart read, quoting a Trump Twitter screed from 2013. "Yeah, that guy wants to be president."

He went on to describe his response, which contained a NSFW, made-up last name for Trump, and Trump's 1:30 a.m. tweet calling him "little Jon Stewart" and another word, which he used in the infamous Billy Bush tapes to describe women's genitalia.
