Trump on Clinton: 'She has tremendous hate in her heart'

You'd be hard pressed to find another presidential debate where the rhetoric between the two candidates was harsher than what was seen Sunday night with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

One of many examples of that came when Clinton was asked whether she could unite the country, given her remark during the campaign that "you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables."

“My argument is not with his supporters – it’s with him," Clinton said at the debate. She'd previously said she regretted saying as many as half fit into the "deplorables" category.

Trump has blasted Clinton since she made the comment at a September fundraiser and didn't hold back Sunday night at the debate.

“She has tremendous hate in her heart," he said.
