5 things we'd love to see Lady Gaga do at the Super Bowl

"It's not an illusion. The rumors are true," Lady Gaga tweeted Thursday night. "This year the SUPER BOWL goes to GAGA!"

So it's official: Gaga will be our halftime headliner come Super Bowl Sunday. Thumbs up!

So what can we expect from Mother Monster's Feb. 5 show? Well, here's what we'd like to see.

1. Gaga get jazzy at the piano.

Last year, at the intimate amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles that honored Ryan Murphy, Lady Gaga showed off her jazzy vocals with songs such as Call Me Irresponsible and her piano skills with her Grammy-nominated Till It Happens to You. She should do the same in 2017 a slightly larger venue.

2. Gaga belt a showtune.

Please, oh, please, let her sing something the way she did The Sound of Music at the Oscars in 2015. Then, the country can collectively yell, "YAAAAAAS, Gaga!"

After wowing with her rendition of the national anthem at the 2016 Super Bowl, she's headlining the halftime show in 2017.

3. Gaga have an epic dance party.

The music video for new single Perfect Illusion is basically one crazy dance party/fever dream. She could recreate it on the halftime stage. We can take or leave the microshorts.

4. Gaga bring back You and I. And Adam Lambert.

Yes, the song is from 2011, and she already had a memorable cross-dressing MTV Video Music Awards performance of the hit, where she brought out Queen's Brian May. But this time, she should bring out the other surviving members of Queen, plus Adam Lambert. Sure, she's already joined Lambert onstage, but that was in Sydney, and they love each other.

5. Gaga be almost unrecognizable.

Let's see some prosthetic body parts, egg carriers and meat dresses. Sure, we love au naturel Gaga most of the time, but some sort of crazy entrance for the Super Bowl would be appreciated.
