Lady Gaga to perform at Super Bowl LI halftime show

The participants in Super Bowl LI won't be determined for some time, but one big name is already set for the big stage in Houston in February.

Lady Gaga will perform at the halftime show on Feb. 5, 2017, the singer confirmed Thursday on Twitter.

Reports first emerged two weeks ago that Lady Gaga would perform at the event.

The six-time Grammy Award winner's single Perfect Illusion was released on Sept. 8.
