Look inside Reba McEntire's Tenn. mansion; it's for sale
LEBANON, Tenn. — The 83-acre lakefront farm of actress and country music singer-songwriter Reba McEntire is up for sale.
McEntire is seeking $7.9 million for the property that's about 25 miles northeast of Nashville on Cherokee Dock Road. It is known as Starstruck Farm.
The property with 1,500 feet fronting the Cumberland River's Old Hickory Lake includes a 12,816-square-foot home with seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half baths, according to the listing by Laura Baugh of Worth Properties. It also has an eight-car garage, a pool, tennis court, a pool and guest house, a five-stall barn and an equestrian facility with 16 stalls, indoor and outdoor arenas and 12 fenced paddocks.
The full site consists of a half dozen parcels on Cherokee Dock Road and Tennessee 109, according to Wilson County assessment records. They are assessed at more than $4.5 million total for tax purposes.
Reba McEntire, husband separate after 26 years
The listing, which mentions the property being prime for development with private sewer, comes after McEntire, 61, and her ex-husband and manager Narvel Blackstock split up in December. Other smaller-lot subdivisions are in the area, including one with eight homes across the street from the driveway to her house.
In June 2015, McEntire sold her Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion for $22.25 million after buying it in 2003 for $9 million
In addition to having a successful music career, her acting career has included lead character on sitcoms Reba and Malibu Country.
In 2002, McEntire put the Wilson County farm up for sale but at the time said she and her then husband would keep the mansion.
