What will Kanye do with 4 minutes of freedom at the VMAs Sunday?

We bet he's smiling about this one.

Kanye West is already responsible for the MTV Video Music Awards' most infamous moment.

We shouldn't have to tell you which one.

Yeah, that moment.

And the Pablo artist's controversial Famous video is already nominated for the Video of the Year. But to further fan the flames, West will get four minutes of unbridled free time during Sunday's ceremony to do and say whatever he wants, according to an MTV rep familiar with the situation but unauthorized to speak publicly about it.

In anticipation of the show, may our thoughts be with Taylor Swift, West's legal team and the poor souls manning the show's censor buttons. They're not going to have a fun night.

West has already taken the stage to slight Swift and, during his Video Vanguard Award speech last year, declare his 2020 candidacy for president. We have a few ideas how he can top those stunts this year:

  • Recite a poem about whether or not he would’ve interrupted Swift if he could go back. (He would’ve.)
  • Loop Famous while looking dead at Swift.
  • Explain Famous while looking dead at Swift.
  • Freestyle about how no franchise can hold a French fry to McDonald’s
  • Drink a McShake and again explain how he was gone off the Henny back in 2009.
  • Rightfully point out that the VMAs finally got it right with Rihanna.
  • Call out every billionaire who wouldn’t loan him money to create.
  • Play snippets of Cruel Winter and cut tracks off after 30 seconds just to torture us all.
  • Shamelessly plug Kim Kardashian West's Selfish update, like Instagram and Snapchat aren’t free.
