Jennifer Aniston is opening up once again.

Rumor Has It that celebrities are people too. And if you ever had any doubt, your favorite Friend is here to share that entertainers struggle with the same insecurities that we all do.

During a Q&A session for Italy's Giffoni Film Festival this weekend, Jennifer Aniston fielded a question from an audience member, who asked if she ever woke up in the morning and didn’t know who she was.

"Yes, that moment has happened to me," Aniston admitted, blinking back tears. "There's not enough fingers and toes in this entire room to count how many times that moment has happened."

"I mean, my gosh," she continued, "we're all human beings at the end of the day. Whether we're a waitress or we're a baker or we're a student – whatever we are, at the end of the day, you can kind of can hit walls and think 'I can't go any farther' or 'This is too much, my heart can't take it' or 'The pain is too great' or 'Am I good enough?', you know, 'Will I survive?' And you just have to sort of, somehow, miraculously overcome. And you just go, 'I can.' Yes, you can."

Aniston maintained that we are all just trying to make our way through this life and that there is no shame in feeling lost or seeking help.

"Know that your actors, your idols, your icons, whatever you call them, have all had that experience in their lives many, many times," she said. "There’s nothing that separates us from you because we all started at the same place. We all came out of nowhere. We were all born innocent little empty vessels so don’t punish yourself. Go talk to people, seek help and just find someone to inspire you."

The heartfelt admission comes on the heels of Aniston’s praised Huffington Post essay, in which she criticized the treatment of women — and the pathologizing of their bodies — by tabloid media outlets.

"We are complete with or without a mate, with or without a child," she wrote. "We get to decide for ourselves what is beautiful when it comes to our bodies. That decision is ours and ours alone. Let’s make that decision for ourselves and for the young women in this world who look to us as examples. Let’s make that decision consciously, outside of the tabloid noise. We don’t need to be married or mothers to be complete. We get to determine our own 'happily ever after' for ourselves."
