Comic-Con: Fantastic! New 'Beasts' trailer has arrived

It's a good thing TSA doesn't exist in the Harry Potter universe, because what's in Newt Scamander's (Eddie Redmayne) suitcase would never pass muster.

A new era of magic has begun — at Comic-Con.

After seeing the Wonder Woman and Justice League trailers, the crowd in Hall H got a look at the new trailer for the Harry Potter prequel Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

The film written by J.K. Rowling stars Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, a British Ministry of Magic employee who makes a disastrous trip to a wizarding convention in America, where he unleashes the beasts mentioned in the title. It doesn't exactly improve the already-testy relations between wizards and muggles.

Now if only we knew a spell that would fast-forward us to Nov. 18, the movie's release date.
