Twitter erupted with Brexit jokes after Iceland scored on England

England. Oh, England. Masters of the art of underperformance. They’re so good at it on the soccer field that they’ve managed to continually surprise people even after all these years.

Naturally, just the United Kingdom’s vote to leave the European Union just a few days removed, Twitter was flooded with Brexit jokes.
