Draymond Green won't be given flagrant foul for Enes Kanter incident
Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green won't be given a flagrant one foul for getting tied up with Oklahoma City Thunder center Enes Kanter in Game 4 of the Western Conference finals on Tuesday night, a person with knowledge of the situation told USA TODAY Sports on Wednesday.
The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because the situation had not yet been made public.
If the league would have decided that a flagrant one foul was in order, Green would have been forced to miss Game 5, as he would have exceeded the league limit for playoff flagrant penalty points.
With Green, the Warriors will look to dig themselves out of a 3-1 series hole, starting with Game 5 on Thursday night in Oracle Arena.
