Punchlines: Another fence jumper?

Forget the Secret Service. Guard dogs appear to be the heroes at the White House this week. Another man jumped the White House fence in an attempt to break in, but didn't get very far after he was caught by two guard dogs. Fortunately for the intruder, a 23-year-old college drop-out from Maryland, dog bites are covered under Obamacare, according to one late-night comic.
