Eli Manning, Jason Witten lead NFL players in saying 'No More' to domestic violence

A group of public service announcements from a new campaign against domestic violence from the NFL were posted to YouTube on Thursday with appearances from current and former NFL players including Eli Manning, Cris Carter and Jason Witten. They will begin to appear on NFL broadcasts staring Thursday night.

As USA TODAY Sports’ Lindsay H. Jones reported last month, the NFL first aired PSAs from the ‘NO MORE’ campaign which starred Hollywood celebrities like Courteney Cox, Amy Poehler and Ice-T aired last month during games on all four networks.

The PSAs were directed by Law and Order actress Mariska Hargitay and posted to the YouTube page of her foundation, The Joyful Heart Foundation.

“This is tangible. This is a monumental step toward change,” Hargitay said earlier this month. “If badass NFL heroes are coming forward to talk about these issues, I guarantee you it is going give inspiration and permission to young boys to step up in a new way. Love in a new way, protect in a new way, and to be a man in a new way. That’s what’s so beautiful, right?”
