In the third quarter of the Monday night game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Oklahoma City Thunder, Andrew Wiggins was called for a foul and Flip Saunders could not believe it.

Saunders got a technical foul for jawing to the referee, and when his assistant (and also his son) Ryan tried to hold him back to avoid any further punishment, Flip, refusing to calm down, pushed him away.

Saunders was understandably annoyed; his team has really been having a rough go of things on defense.

The iffy call on Wiggins was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.
