Chris Rock performs on stage at Comedy Central's "Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together For Autism Programs" on Feb. 28 in New York City.

Actor and comedian Chris Rock appears to be taking a stand against police by sharing selfies on social media each time he gets pulled over by cops.

According to his Twitter and Instagram accounts, Rock has been pulled over at least three times in two months.

He captioned an Instagram post recently, "Stopped by cops again wish me luck."

Actor Isaiah Washington responded to Rock's post on April 1 by saying, "I sold my $90,000.00 Mercedes G500...because I got tired of being pulled over by Police."

On Feb. 27, Rock posted, "I'm not even driving stop by cops again."

And on Feb. 13, Rock said to his 194,000 Instagram followers, "Just got pulled over by the cops..."

It is not clear why he is being stopped by the police, according to his posts. USA TODAY Network has reached out to Chris Rock's camp for more information about the incidents.
