Cam Newton provides Thanksgiving dinner for 800 children in Charlotte

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton held his third annual “Thanksgiving Jam” in Charlotte Tuesday, and the event helped feed hundreds of underprivileged children and their families. Newton donned an apron helped pass out side dishes, and each child took home a bag of food to share.

“That’s what Thanksgiving really is all about,” Newton said. “Thanking, and families coming closer together.”
