Drew Brees and Jordy Nelson linked up for a 21-yard touchdown to give Team Carter a 20-19 lead just before halftime in the Pro Bowl and even though Jordy Nelson and Clay Matthews were playing opposite each other, they still celebrated together.
Team Carter wouldn’t be able to hold onto the lead, and ended up getting edged out by Team Irvin, 32-28.
Nelson had three receptions for 41 yards and three touchdowns, Matthews finished with three tackles, and none of it mattered, because no one really tries in all-star games anyway.
