AC Milan’s Jeremy Menez scored one of the craziest goals of the year when he intercepted a weak back-pass from a Parma defender, pushed it around the goalie, somehow avoided the post, then popped up a backheel shot.

How the ball popped up like that? Unclear. Perhaps magic.

Milan won the game 5-4, because defense is for nerds.
