That turned around quickly. After almost 27 minutes of listless action where their most memorable play was a linebacker vomiting on the field, the Pittsburgh Steelers ended the first half versus the Houston Texans with a vengeance Monday night.

After a Shaun Suisham field goal narrowed the score to 13-3 with 3:07 remaining, the Steelers took advantage of a Houston three and out on their next drive with 1:46 left in the half.

Then this crazy sequence of events happened:

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger hit rookie Martavis Bryant on the second play of the next drive for a 35-yard touchdown (1:36)

After an Arian Foster fumble, the Steelers scored again thanks to some serious trickery on offense (1:10)

Then bearded quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick threw a terrible pick to bearded lineman Brett Keisel (0:58)

Not done yet, Roethlisberger then found Le’Veon Bell for a third touchdown in 73 seconds (0:14)

Surprisingly, that wasn’t the quickest trio of touchdowns in recent primetime memory. The New England Patriots scored three in 52 seconds in the infamous 49-19 rout of the Jets in the infamous 2012 Thanksgiving “buttfumble” game.
