Hard picks happen, and sometimes they get called and sometimes they don’t. This one didn’t catch the referees attention, so Childress decided to bring down some vigilante justice in the form of body slam/flying elbow/total annihilation.

Childress, as you may have surmised, was ejected for his savage takedown. He handled the news pretty well.
No one faults Childress for feeling hard done. The screen was hard, and probably was a foul. That said, maybe next time his retaliation can be a little more subtle and a little less Mortal Kombat.
