ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester man is accused of videotaping the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl — a video allegedly posted on Facebook.

Jordon McCloud, 22, used his telephone to film the attack, and can be seen on the video "turning the camera towards his face and laughing," according to an affidavit from Rochester Police Officer Brian Tucker, who works with an FBI task force dedicated to sexual crimes and child exploitation. A federal criminal charge against McCloud has been filed in the case

Police are still searching for McCloud. They ask that anyone with information about his possible whereabouts call 911.

Greece police had earlier arrested Shahmell Robinson, 21, and accused him of raping the 14-year-old.

He also faces federal charges of sexually assaulting the girl while being filmed.

The rape allegedly occurred at a Greece apartment. Another individual posted the video on a Facebook page, authorities say.

Greece police seized the telephone from McCloud after interviews revealed he may have been the initial source of the video that reached Facebook.

Another video on the telephone showed the victim apparently passed out on a bed. McCloud filmed that also and can be heard laughing, the affidavit alleges.

In an interview with police, the victim said she had been drinking the night of the alleged rape and did not remember having sex with anyone. She identified Robinson as a man she woke up next to on a couch.

Robinson is being held in the Monroe County Jail on a bail of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
