Pickups rule Top 10 best-selling vehicles for 2013

Ford does it again, as F-150 is the nation's top seller. Here's the Lariat version
  • Ford%27s F-Series pickup wins top spot again
  • But there are some changes among the Top 10
  • Chrysler%27s Ram pickup moves up two notches

This much is sure: Ford's F-Series has extended its reign as the nation's top selling vehicle for a 32nd year. Chevy's redesigned Silverado is second, then Toyota Camry and Honda Accord.

After that, there are some interesting changes when it comes to the nation's top-selling vehicles for 2013. Cars.com, which has been keeping score, notes the new order.

Chrysler Ram's 1500 pickup comes away a big winner. It was the only vehicle in the pack to notch its way up not one, but two places. Ram becomes fifth, pushing down both Nissan Altima and Honda Civic by a place.

Honda CR-V and Toyota Corolla switch positions in eighth and ninth place, respectively. That's interesting, considering Corolla got a new, dramatic look during the year.

Just as it did in 2012, Ford Escape escapes being cast out of the Top 10. The compact crossover sneaks in at 10th.
