Cody Walker, left, and Caleb Walker, right, will help fill gaps in production of 'Fast and Furious 7' left by their brother, late actor Paul Walker.

The late Paul Walker is getting help from his family to finish his role in Fast & Furious 7.

According to a Facebook post on the film's website, brothers Caleb and Cody will stand in for Walker in finishing the remaining action sequences for the film "and small gaps in production."

"We have resumed shooting and now welcome Paul's brothers, Caleb and Cody, into our FAST family," the Facebook post reads. "Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us too."

Walker was on a Thanksgiving hiatus from shooting the seventh film in the franchise when he died in a car accident last fall. Walker had completed most of his role in the movie, "and it's among the strongest work of his career," according to the unsigned Facebook post.

The decision to continue filming was not taken lightly. Even accepting an MTV Movie Award for best duo with Walker for Fast & Furious 6, actor Vin Diesel got choked up while shooting a video tribute this week.

"The Fast & Furious saga is about family. The characters are connected by the bond of family," the Facebook post reads. "It is how all of us who have worked together for more than thirteen years feel about each other. It certainly defines how we feel about our fans.

"Our family experienced an unthinkable shock in November. We had to take time to grieve Paul, the brother we love and lost, and to figure out if we should move on with our film."

Having his brothers fill in for Walker will help make that possible.

"It will allow the character of Brian O'Conner to live on and let us celebrate Paul in his most defining role," the post reads.

Walker also appears in his last fully-completed role, the action film Brick Mansions, which opens April 25.
