Watch: Baby sloths cry for a cuddle partner
USATODAY
What's that adorable sound? It's a baby sloth crying out for a cuddle partner.
Author and sloth enthusiast Lucy Cooke put together this video of orphaned baby sloths at a Cost Rican sanctuary making their squeaky sound. Baby sloths usually spend their first months clinging to their mothers. They make this noise when they are separated.
Watch the video to see their adorably slow movements and hear their tiny cries.
