Rookie sensation Jack Eichel is living up to the hype in Buffalo. The Sabres forward notched his second NHL goal in the team’s 4-2 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets and boy was it a beauty.

Watch as 18-year-old Eichel retrieves his own blocked shot, skates circles around Blue Jackets’ Boone Jenner, and then beats Sergei Bobrovsky by going top shelf.

Wowza. That’s some fancy skating and shooting. This kid, he’s going places.
