In this gorgeous cover for the new issue of Sports Illustrated, residents of Boston gathered at the Boston Marathon finish line a few days before the one-year anniversary of the bombing.

Over 3,000 Boston residents turned up on a beautiful Saturday morning for the 7 a.m. photo shoot, including Boston Mayor Marty Walsh and many members of the Boston Police Department and Fire Department.
