As Aaron Craft gazed skyward seconds after No. 6 Ohio State was upended by 11-seed Dayton on Thursday, there is no chance he could have fully appreciated the reaction to the Buckeyes’ defeat.
Dayton trailed Ohio State by one point with 10.8 seconds to go in their opening second-round game. The Flyers drove on Craft and banked in a floater with 3.8 seconds to go up.
Craft had the final shot. He missed. And then the Dayton Daily News did this.
