Video: See a moving tribute to Philip Seymour Hoffman

It's been about a month since Philip Seymour Hoffman left us, and the loss still stings. Many tributes to the actor have surfaced in recent weeks, including a new one that compiles his most powerful moments on film.

P.S. Hoffman (A Tribute) comes from filmmaker and Pop Candy reader Caleb Slain. To make the 21-minute montage, Caleb examined 47 of Hoffman's films and spent about 200 hours editing it all together.

After watching this, I took note of a few PSH movies I'd overlooked, along with several more I'd like to re-watch. Note that the video contains strong language and probably isn't safe for the office:

One of the funnier moments in Caleb's video is the "Mattress Man commercial," an outtake from the movie Punch-Drunk Love. I can't think of any other actor who'd act like a seven-foot drop onto the street was nothing!
