In one whirlwind year, former Chicago Bulls star Dennis Rodman visited North Korea, launched his own vodka brand, wrote a children’s book about a bull named Dennis, and filmed s weird commercial about pistachios. Despite his efforts, GQ’s Drew Magary named him the least influential person in 2013. His reasoning is pretty solid.

Dennis Rodman is a Q-list celebrity willing to commit borderline treason just to hang out with a dictator who himself aspires to be a Q-list celebrity.
