Rejoice! It's National Pancake Day.
It's tradition for Christians to chow down on the breakfast favorite on Fat Tuesday, the day before the start of Lent, a period when they give up indulgent things.
You can put just about anything on pancakes — from strawberries, blueberries and blackberries to whipped cream and chocolate syrup. The toppings are unlimited.
