2013 marks the 40th anniversary of the partnership between the National Football League and United Way — the longest running sports/charity partnership in history. To engage fans in the celebration, the United Way and the NFL have teamed up with USA TODAY Ad Meter to host a nationwide vote designed to identify the fan favorite NFL & United Way Public Service Ad (PSA) from the last 40 years.

The voting is closed at this moment, however we encourage you to view your favorite PSA's from the 1970s. Submitting your contact information below is optional.

From October 21 to November 19, a new set of PSAs were released every Tuesday.

PSAs from the 1970s – October 21-28
PSAs from the 1980s – October 29-November 4
PSAs from the 1990s – November 5-11
PSAs from the 2000s – November 12-19

The top 10 rated PSAs will be profiled on NFL.com and the winning PSA will be announced on Sunday, December 15th, 2013 as part of NFL Homecoming Weekend.
