While still more rain and snow slams the West, the central U.S. will also get in on the storminess on Friday.

Central U.S.: Light snow will fly in the northern Plains on Friday. Temperatures will be on the mild side in the central and southern Plains, with highs in the 60s and 70s forecast.

East: The East will continue to enjoy clear skies and unusually mild temperatures Friday. Some records are possible as highs soar into the 60s and 70s.
