We heard that Tim Tebow was going to be joining the Philadelphia Eagles and we laughed. Oh, how we laughed. But it’s time for us all to face the sobering truth that he might actually get on the roster.

Here he is, throwing for a touchdown in the Eagles’ final preseason game against the New York Jets.

This isn’t to say Tebow hasn’t thrown an important touchdown pass before. His 80-yard touchdown pass in the playoffs for the Broncos was pretty big as well. But that Broncos touchdown didn’t keep Tebow in Denver and in the league. This pass likely will.
