The final minutes of Sunday’s Game 7 was an emotional rollercoaster as both teams struggled to get past a deadlock at 89.
But LeBron James saved that game with one of the greatest blocks we’ll see in the NBA Finals, leading the Cavs to a 93-89 win over the Warriors. Stephen Curry and Andre Iguodala were on a fast break looking to grab a lead. Then came LeBron, who pinned Iguodala’s layup into the backboard.
That block will be remembered for a long time.
LeBron carried out on his championship promise, and that block was the embodiment of it.
