Today, for reasons completely unbeknownst to us, LeBron James decided to answer questions from fans on Twitter for “15-30 minutes.” My first question was whether it was going to be 15 or 30 minutes, because that’s a pretty big window.
He didn’t answer that one, but here are a couple that he did, before he left to eat dinner and watch Big Bang Theory.
1. His favorite song right now is actually a good song
LeBron James has historically bad taste when it comes to music. But when asked what his favorite song was, James gave an incredibly acceptable answer:
I don’t care if his second favorite song of the moment is probably an Imagine Dragons song. Choosing a Future song was already a win, but choosing arguably the best one from his best mixtape this year earns him major bonus points.

2. He loves the NFL, but he doesn’t want to play in it, stop asking
Imagine if LeBron took those hands and that preposterous vertical and started running hooks and ladders and making tip drill catches. Getting the picture? It’s an exciting prospect, right? Cool. Know that will never happen.
3. He will neither confirm nor deny that Space Jam 2 is happening
Is there a more frustrating word in the English language than “maybe”?
4. His own movie makes him “laugh without fail”
I wonder if it’s just his own scenes in Trainwreck. At any rate, Ice Cube has been caught cracking up watching himself in Friday.
5. He’s optimistic about getting the band back together for another title run
The Cavaliers have been pretty active in the offseason with a couple key pieces of the team from last season’s Finals run opting out, presumably to return with better contracts. At least that’s what James thinks about Tristan Thompson.
Also– and I know this is just nitpicking– there’s a huge difference between “resign” and “re-sign.” But it’s cool. We all know what he meant.
6. He doesn’t want it with Ronda Rousey either
We all live in fear of getting knocked out 14 seconds into the first round. That includes LeBron James.
7. His favorite rapper right now is Drake
But how does he feel about this whole ghostwriting thing? WE NEED MORE ANSWERS.
8. He’s still trying to convince us that he drives a Kia
I don’t care. I still don’t buy it.
9. If he could choose a superpower, it wouldn’t be flight
Because, you know, he already has that.
10. And he shut down a troll
