Watch two Bowie tributes from Beck, Grohl, Adam Lambert and Bleachers
For a musical legacy as massive as David Bowie's, just one tribute performance can't begin to encompass his influence.
So instead, Clive Davis, at his annual pre-Grammys bash at the Beverly Hilton Sunday night, hosted two.
The two all-star collaborations remembered two different eras of the chameleonic rock star's life — as well as another famous rocker, who made a certain Bowie song his own — with one performance kicking off the evening's festivities, and the second one bringing them to a close.
See photos and videos from the evening's tributes below:
Tribute #1: Beck, Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear, The Man Who Sold The World
Beck was joined by the remaining living members of Nirvana to remember not just Bowie, but also Kurt Cobain, who memorably covered this song with the band.
Tribute #2: Adam Lambert and Jack Antonoff, Let's Dance
Bowie's influence on the two rockers isn't insignificant, so it was fitting that Antonoff and Lambert would take on his '80s, Nile Rodgers-produced classic.
