Robert Kraft would be forgiven for feeling a little bitter after this year’s Super Bowl. The Pats looked so good for the entire season, but just as Carolina’s offense wilted under the pressure imposed by the Broncos’ defense, the New England Patriots suffered, too.

Peyton Manning was, of course, the beneficiary of all this. He claimed his second Super Bowl ring because of it, but asked about Peyton’s rivalry with Brady, Kraft was ready with a hard comebacker. Speaking to Maria Stephanos of WCVB-TV s:

“I happened to see Archie [Manning] there. He has two sons who have won two Super Bowls [each]. But with all due respect, we have one son who has won four.”
