England clinches third place at Women's World Cup with extra-time goal

Redemption for England … kind of.

On Saturday, deadlocked 0-0, the England-Germany Women’s World Cup third place game went to extra time. In the 108th minute, England’s Fara Williams scored on a penalty kick to put her team up for the only score of the game.
